Ingredients for 6 people - 1.6 kg lobster
- 5 cloves garlic
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 lemon
- 100 ml olive oil
For serving: - 1 lemon
- green and black olives
| Preparation - Lobster boil and the meat cut into cubes.
- Make a mixture of chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Pour over lobster and gently mix everything, well then chill.
Serving Serve chilled salad decorated with lemon and olive trees. Advice Because the lobster meat gently, make sure that you are not cooking. |
